Laurent is a fully qualified, classically trained professional chef.   He has been cooking all his life so needless to say he knows  his onions! His passion for cooking, eating and tasting great wines ensure that any event is always a great success for you and your guests.

Classically trained in the South of France, Laurent  is a French chef who has worked in many different types of restaurant over the past 25 years as well as cooking extensively for private clients, celebrities and dignitaries in central London.

Over the past 3 years Laurent has been devising and cooking superb contemporary British dishes at his own country Pub so whether it’s the lightest soufflé or a heart-warming Steak and Kidney pudding, Laurent can tailor every detail to suit your needs.

Laurent is fully trained on all aspects of food safety and is up to date with current health and saftety regulations.
